Introduction
DiallelW is a Windows-based tool for analysing general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) in diallel-cross experimental designs. It adopts fixed-effect linear models and supports unbalanced datasets even with missing cross combinations. It estimates and performs significance tests for general combining ability (GCA), specific combining ability (SCA), reciprocal cross effect (RCA), as well as genotype-by-environment interaction effects. It is compatible with the four Griffing diallel-cross experimental designs.

Installation Guide

Launch Software
After installation, start the software from the Start Menu or desktop shortcut.
